Why We Love Heene
Let's start by saying loud and clear, we're biased!
Our office is in Heene Road, Worthing, but it’s not just coincidence. We chose to be based here with very good reason.
In our view the Heene area is one of the best located in the whole town and these are just some of the reasons why.
Easy access to the coastal road as well as the A259, A27 and A24 (although we admit you'll have to get over the railway line which can be "challenging").
We've also got the choice of Worthing or West Worthing main line railway station with free/cheap car parking nearby.
There are some great schools around here. Heene First, Elm Grove Primary are some of the most popular in the town and in turn feed into very popular secondary schools.
Numerous independent and supermarket stores are in the area. And for something a bit more arty visit Rowlands Road with its artist’s galleries, antique shops and gift shops.
- Social Life
There's always a good evening out to be had in one of the many pubs and bars and restaurants as Heene is on the border of Worthing town centre.
So a five minute stroll along the seafront gets you into the heart of Worthing itself.
Heene has something for everyone from studio flats in Edwardian or Victorian character properties through to large detached and semi-detached houses, purpose built and even the odd bungalow.
Perhaps the most diverse housing stock in the area.
- The Sea
Heene Road itself ends at West Worthing seafront with its beautiful coast line, attractive promenade, parks and children's playgrounds. The fresh air is free and it’s there 365 days a year.
If you like the sound of the Heene area, give us a call. We'll happily find your home here.
